The weather is starting to really warm up these days. We've had some amazing weekend weather and are trying to make the most of it. We decided to take Maher on his first train ride! There's a great county park not to far from our house and on the weekends there is a little train that makes a 15 minute ride around some of the park. This was technically Maher's 2nd time on the train, although we don't really count his first trip since he still had a month left to cook in the oven.
We couldn't have asked for better weather, but we wouldn't have minded if Maher gave us some better reactions! He is truly an observer of all things! He has to sit and watch before he forms any opinions on his surroundings.
We arrived just as the train was departing so we had a few minutes to spare.

What's that I hear rustling yonder?
Our train has arrived!
Maher spent the first five minutes that we waited on the train sitting in Baba's lap, we could not move him at all!
After the first 5 minutes with the train moving we finally were able to sit him, very closely to Baba.
He needed a little reassuring that he would be ok!
Then the best part of the whole ride, the spotting of a "dog-dog"!
